Sign in to the clinic system. Staff choose which office they are working at; patients sign in to the portal here too.
How to use it
- Staff: pick your office first — the schedule, check-in and dashboard open on that office. You can switch from the top bar later.
- Choose All offices to see every location at once.
- Where offered, staff can use Staff sign-in with Microsoft instead of a password.
- Forgot your password? Use the link under the Sign in button.
Definitions
- Office
- The clinic location you are working at today. Patients can ignore it.
- Remember me
- Keeps you signed in on this device. Leave it off on shared computers.
- Lockout
- After 5 wrong passwords in a row the account is locked for 15 minutes.
- Session timeout
- You are signed out automatically after a period of inactivity, to protect patient information.
